C-Ringer (Hog Ringer) is used to fasten two wire rods, a spring and a frame border, or a wire rod and a fabric, plastic, etc. by using a C-Ring (Hog Ring) made of a metal wire formed in the “C”-shape
C-Ringer is mainly used for versatile applications, including assembling car seats, mattresses, civil engineering work, cages for poultry farming, fishing nets, various nets/fences, and fastening of artificial flower, and it ensures the tying, coupling, and fastening work.
The clipper is used to deform and fix the U-shaped metal fixture (Clip) in the manner to cover two wires. It is mainly used for fastening spring wires of car seats, beds, sofas, etc.

The basic functions of the new type C-Ringer are same as the conventional products, but the major features include the following:
Structure for better maintainability realized by the new design.
Weight saving is ensured for all models.
The unit of size of major screws and nuts is changed to millimeter from inch.
The optimized structure is hard to fail and improves workability.
Ex. 1 : Activation of the Pusher becomes easier.
Ex. 2 : The low-profile magazine (low protrusion) works effectively for fastening at narrow part, in particular.
Ex. 3 : With the lightweight type, the durability of the side plate is enhanced.

Side Inlet Type C-Ringer

M-500 C-Ringer
The C-Ringer can be applied to various applications ranging from construction sites to gabion nets.
The C-Ring has a diameter of about 3 mm, which can be used to fasten the wires with an inner diameter of up to about 12 mm. This is best suited for use at bank protection work using gabion nets.
Applications: Gabions, fences, backstops, construction materials, bank protection work, rope meshes, fixing of concrete rebars (parallel), etc.

Automatic C-Ringer (Automatic Feed Type)
This is the automatic feed type C-Ringer. The metallic nail (Side Pusher) moves back and forth to automatically feed the C-Rings.
Compared to the standard type, this model saves the effort to set the standard Pusher, resulting in reduction in working hours and labor as well.
The C-Ringer can also be attached to automated machines and industrial robots.
